Life is busy, we get it. Fuelling your body with the right food is not always top of your agenda. We are so passionate about treating your body to wholesome plant-based goodness, but understand that this is not always easy or convenient, so we do the hard work for you.

All of our products contain high quality ingredients and focus on nutritional value without compromising on taste. We avoid added refined sugars, preservatives or additives and focus on raw, natural, sustainable, plant-based products so you can just sit back, relax and indulge in the knowledge that you're fuelling your body with goodness. 

A little note from Kelly:
"Hi I’m Kelly, first of all thank you for checking out our small business all run from our home in Sussex – it means a lot. Having been hit hard with food intolerances in my early twenties I was on a mission to feel better without having to compromise on the taste and flavours of my favourite foods. This wasn’t easy 15 years ago and at times is still quite challenging, so we decided it was time to share our passion of plant-based whole food living with the world. 

First to market is our Nom Nosh Granola, which comes in 3 mouth watering flavours, that will leave you hankering for more. It really is heaven in a bowl. Our Nom Nosh Chief Creator – Victoria, has been developing these recipes in the background for some time and she’s totally nailed it. 

Nom Nosh Granola definitely brightens up our households, with 4 little girls between Victoria and I, we are constantly striving to bring them the very best when it comes to nutrition. It’s the basis of everything we stand for and we are on a mission to make plant-based living easy and accessible for the whole family.

A little note from Victoria:
"Hi I’m Victoria, a teacher of Food and Nutrition in a secondary school in Sussex. One of the best parts of my job is being able to inspire young people to cook healthy and delicious, home-made food using raw ingredients. But most of all I love that I get the opportunity to educate the next generation about the importance of nourishing our bodies with a range of macro and micronutrients.

Having being diagnosed with IBS in my teens, I had endured many uncomfortable experiences with food digestion growing up. However, since choosing a plant-based and low additive diet in my 30’s, thankfully these episodes are now far and few between. As friends from a young age, Kelly and I have always shared a connection with our gut health, alternative diets and more recently plant-based goodness. Our partnership is built on our shared vision that delicious plant-based food can be nutritious and not full of nasties. We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do creating them."
